Put them in the order they’ll be sung, set the heading and the date, and see the sheet before it is made.
A PDF comes out ready to print. Landscape, two songs a page, folded down the middle, the same as always.
Three things, and nothing you have to learn
Sing
Every song from all four of the church’s books. Make the text bigger while you sing, keep the ones you return to, and ask for an explanation of a hymn and the verses it leans on.
Prepare
Choose up to four songs, put them in order, and generate Sunday’s song sheet as a PDF.
Create
Convention and scripture banners, and volunteer ID cards. Pick a design, set the wording, and a PDF comes out at the real print size.
This is a pilot, and it will change. Some songs were read from the printed books by machine. If a word looks wrong, flag it from the reader and it gets checked against the book.
One app, and it updates itself
- 1Tap Download for Android. Your phone will ask whether to allow the install. Say yes.
- 2Open Chorus AI and sign in with the Google account an administrator added.
- 3That’s it. Updates arrive on their own. You won’t download the file again.

Who can use it?
It is by invitation only. There’s no sign-up. An administrator adds your Google account, and you sign in with it. Downloading the app doesn’t give you access. Need access? Speak to church leadership. They decide who’s on the list.
Why isn’t it in the Play Store?
During the pilot the app is installed from a file so we can fix things quickly. It moves to the Play Store when the pilot ends.
Will my kept songs follow me?
Yes. Favourites belong to your account, not to one phone, so the same kept hymns are there when you sign in again.
Some words in a song look wrong. What do I do?
Flag it from the reader. The songs were read from the printed books by machine, so mistakes exist. Someone checks it against the book and corrects it.
Do I need to be online?
To sign in, and to prepare or generate a sheet, yes. The songbooks are kept on your phone, so reading a hymn works without a signal.
